My lecture is about Health
In my idea when you have no illnesses or diseases you are healthy.

Sometimes we feel under the weather so rest for hours, we must take some pills till feel better.
The WHO is world health organization which provide access to universal health care, and prevent communicable disease and research factors that affect health.
Some of people do not pay heed to their health and when they get sick, they spread their illness by shaking hand or coughing.
We should regard some rules an stay at home, we should not shake hand and wash our hands regularly.لکچر درمورد سلامتی
Healthy life is a kind of present from God to us and we should appreciate it.
Meaning of words
Feel under the weather: feel bad
Pills : a small solid piece of medicine
Access : the way you enter or reach something or somewhere.
Prevent : stop
communicable : infectious
Factor : element
Effect : result / bring about
Regularly : do something at the same time each day.
Coughing : to suddenly push air out of your throat with a short sound.
Present : Gift
