My lecture is about diet
In my idea being on a diet is great for our health.
Diet is related to nutrition which is process of giving or getting the right type of food for good health and growth. لکچر درمورد diet
There is a thought here and that is when do we go on a diet?
I believe when we are fat or have some illnesses like obesity, we ought to go on a diet.
And when are in an emergency situation we must go to the doctor.
Unfortunately each years millions of people die out of obesity which is heartbreaking.
I think the root cause of this problem is fast food. لکچر درمورد diet
Fast food is not home-made cook and that’s why it is not healthy and it might causes illness in our body.

Having heard from somewhere that rate of eating fast food is moving up sharply.
To me, another reason is not being at home. I mean, people who works 24 hours are not able to cook food which is why they tend to eat fast food. لکچر درمورد diet
Let me put it in this way , we should take care of our selves and be alert about what we consume.
If we not, it may leads us to mortal disease.
