My lecture is about Obesity
Some people do not heed to this illness and just keep telling themself I’m going to start losing weight from tomorrow.
A limited number of cases are due to genetics, medical reasons, or psychiatric illness.
In contrast, increasing rates of obesity at a societal level are felt to be due to an easily accessible and palatable cuisines.
I have vision that we ought to be careful to not be afflicted with obesity and the best way for that is eating less.
It is obvious that you will get fat if you eat more than enough.
If you be voracious, I mean indulge in eating and do not regard your diet, you will be overweight absolutely .لکچر درمورد چاقی
First of all you will be overweight, then you will be afflicted with obesity and if you do not lose your weight, it may claim your life too.
We can avoid being ill or overweight, lets say we can eat low-fat food, lite milk, less meat, more vegetable, even we can be vegetarian because vegetable food is more healthier than food consists of meat.

Heed : pay attention
societal : social
psychiatric : study of mental illness
palatable : delicious
voracious : s.o who eat a lot
indulge : to let your self do or have something that you enjoy, especially something that is considered bad for you.
claim your life : kill you
cuisine : food
