My lecture is about stress

I have vision that stress originates from lots of events in our life, let’s say severity, negotiation, etc. some people can handle their stress and on the contrary some of them cannot.

Stress can be dangerous for kids and their life or decision. In my book, lots of humans are dealing with stress.

I think there got to be a remedy for this, for example we can refer to a doctor or psychologist to cure us.لکچر درمورد استرس

Majority of Iranian people are afflicted with stress and the root cause of illnesses are stress-related, for example, as passing time you will be afflicted with other illnesses due to stress.

In my idea, death of your relatives can put you on great deal of stress or your stress can go back to the public life.

Going through a divorce causes great emotional stress between couples and they’ll need more time to handle their stress. Let me put it in this way, stress is what you feel when you are worried or uncomfortable about something.
