My lecture is about Brain drain
As you know there is a brain drain from our country to other progressive countries because conditions are better in those countries.لکچر درمورد Brain drain
In my attitude this is a controversial matter and we can talk about it for hours.
As I mentioned before one of reasons for brain drain is because of having better condition. Second one is educational system.
I think our country does not provide good condition for students in each level, that’s why they attempt to go abroad and continue education in another country.
Brain drain has some advantages and disadvantages, for example if you want to continue education in a foreign country you got to pay more, so that’s high cost.
Most students rent rooms in their second year, which means you cannot live there for free.
In my idea there is no security for a brain drain in a foreign country, as a matter of fact you are a stranger.لکچر درمورد Brain drain
To be honest, you are more comfortable in a foreign country than your own.
Let me put a flash on it, governors, and education department, have to pave the way for students and make condition more comfortable till rate of brain drain decreases.

Progressive : developing
Controversial : debatable
Attempt : effort – try
High cost : expensive
Pave the way : to make it possible for something to happen or develop
Rent : hire – fee
stranger : foreigner
