My lecture is about Happiness

In my idea happiness originates from good feelings like being with friends or playing with kids.

Happiness is useful for our body it helps us think better and change our view of point to life.

People who are not happy they are not satisfied with life and nag always.

I believe there is nothing to be sad and we should just smile.

Let me put it in this way, time is fleeting and we should be happy because this will make our soul fresh. 

Having heard from some where that happiness increases power of body and you get barely sick.

Also we should make our surroundings happy because we will have better feeling.

In my personal idea, when you are happy you are hopeful and you are not need to be worry.
