My lecture is about Addiction
you happen to see many addicted individuals around you, unlike popular belief they are not bad guys.
on the second thought, Addiction is a disease and we should pool our resources till figure out a way to cure those who are addict.
In my book, the root cause of addiction are bad companies, because they distract us.
lets say, our buddy suggests us a cigarette and we stand on ceremony and can not turn off his request.لکچر درباره اعتیاد
we should avoid making such a friendship, and if some of our friends smoke a cigarette tell them “friendship over”.
Government has been building rehabs for addicted people till they spend months in rehabs and be cured.
People who work in rehabs provide addicted peoples needs.
There is a gym, a park, or there are jobs for addicted who are kept in rehabs, they can spent their time also make money.
Meaning of words :
An Individual : a person
Pool our resources : to gather our money or power to do something
Bad companies : bad friends
Distract : draw away
Stand on ceremony : worry about the formal rules of polite behaviour.
Rehabs : somewhere in which addicted people are kept
